2. If you ever break your device, visit any repair shop or Apple store near you to get a fix.
3. Once your repair is complete, send us a photo of your reciept and file a claim here. We'll then send you a refund of the cost of the repair via PayPal or Check.
Currently we offer plans for to protect a single device for $4.99 a month up to $8.99 monthly! Our family plans cover up to 5 devices and only cost $24.99. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to add more.

Yes! You can sign up any device at any time. However, if you sign up with a broken device you can only purchase a yearly plan to receive 50% off your repairs anytime.
If you are a Protection+ user please choose the repair shops in your area we have listed under our Coverage page. If you do not see a location close to your proximity, feel free to visit any repair shop near you.

Yes! You will only need to this if you already have ten devices signed up to your account. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org that you would like to switch coverage. Tell us the device you would like removed from your account. We will permanently remove this device from your account and this will allow you to add a new device.
Yes! You can cancel the contract at any time and receive a full refund if you have made zero service claims. If you have made a service claim you will receive a refund at a pro rata amount based on the remaining months of your plan.
Absolutely not! We value your privacy and we only collect your name, email, and phone number for payment and account validation. We never share this information with third parties for advertising or marketing. We do not view, store, or handle any of your data or personal information on any of your devices.
The shops use genuine original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. If you device is serviced and then a part fails due to quality failure we will replace it at no charge to you. See our Guarantee under the Terms of Service.
